Reseller Partner Application

The LINAC® Reseller Partner Program is reserved for resellers who meet the agreed upon sales and customer support commitments for LINAC® Eligible Products & Services.

Business Requirements For Program Consideration:

All LINAC® partners should serve customers in a professional manner and show success in LINAC® sales. That said, it is required that prospective partners have:

  • An account with at least one of LINAC®’s approved national distributors.
  • A working, professional web presence with a company-specific registered URL and corporate email addresses. Submissions with email addresses using generic email domains (e.g. yahoo.com; comcast.net) are insufficient.
  • A physical business address. Post office boxes are insufficient.
  • Experience with notebook computers and/or handheld devices and sufficient sales personnel and overall scale to achieve LINAC® minimum sales requirements.

Partnership Commitment:

Panasonic expects LINAC® solution providers to succeed in the program. For this reason, ICON Pareto requires each partner to commit to the program and minimum sales requirements.

LINAC® Reseller Program Requirements:

  • Designate a LINAC® Champion—someone willing to act as a point of contact committed to driving the LINAC® message through the authorized company's organization.
  • Implement a business plan approved by a LINAC® Sales Manager.
  • Complete the LINAC® Quarterly Sales Training (including online training, webinars, etc.).
  • Create and deliver point-of-sale reports for LINAC® sales upon request.
  • Purchase LINAC® products from authorized distributors only. Exceptions must be made via prior written consent from the LINAC® Program Manager.
  • Purchase a LINAC® demo cart unit within the first 30 days of becoming authorized.
  • May not use a LINAC®-issued special pricing letter for any customer other than that which is specified on the letter.
  • May not purchase more units than the stated quantity listed on a special pricing letter at the discount established by the letter.

Minimum Sales Requirements:

To remain a member of the LINAC® Reseller Partner Program, partners must sell a minimum of 25 units during the LINAC® fiscal year (January to December)

Accessory sales do not count toward annual goal.

* Meeting the applicant requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the LINAC® Reseller Partner Program.

† Failure to meet any of the requirements will result in penalties including, but not limited to, immediate suspension of Rules of Engagement (ROE) access, special pricing access, and immediate de-authorization. LINAC® reserves the right to modify the program requirements or terminate the program at any time.

By submitting an application for membership in the LINAC® Reseller Partner Program, applicants acknowledge that they have read the program requirements and agree to abide by them. Please note that completion of an application does not imply authorization approval from ICON Pareto. Applications are typically processed within 4-6 weeks.
